Terms of Service
By creating an account or participating in AP Tournaments, you agree to these terms, the tournament-specific rules shown before joining, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Platform and eligibility
AP Tournaments organizes skill-based esports competitions. The platform does not offer games of chance. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, meet the displayed game-level requirements, and participate only where esports competitions are permitted.
2. Accounts
Each person may operate one account and must protect access to it. Impersonation, multi-accounting, false UIDs, account transfers, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass restrictions may result in suspension and cancellation of affected entries or prizes.
3. Tournament participation
Entry fees, prizes, maps, modes, schedules, slot limits, check-in windows, room-release times, scoring, and special rules are displayed for each tournament. Players are responsible for checking in, joining the correct room and slot, maintaining a suitable device and connection, and following administrator instructions.
4. Fair play and evidence
Cheats, scripts, modified game files, prohibited emulators, teaming, unauthorized players, result manipulation, and banned items or abilities are prohibited. AP Tournaments may request screen recordings, screenshots, device information, or other match evidence and may disqualify entries supported by reasonable evidence.
5. Wallet, deposits, and withdrawals
Wallet balances are platform records used for tournament activity. Deposits must be made through approved payment flows. Withdrawals are limited to eligible verified winnings and are sent to the UPI details supplied by the user. Processing may be paused for identity, fraud, payment, dispute, or compliance review.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If AP Tournaments cancels a match before completion, confirmed entry fees are returned to the relevant platform wallets according to the published cancellation flow. A player who misses check-in, joins incorrectly, disconnects, or is disqualified may not be eligible for a refund unless the tournament rules or an administrator decision state otherwise.
7. Results and disputes
Results are based on submitted evidence, room records, scoring rules, and administrator review. Disputes should be raised promptly with the tournament code and supporting evidence. We may correct clear scoring or payment errors and maintain an audit record of administrative decisions.
8. Service availability and liability
The service may be interrupted by game servers, networks, payment providers, maintenance, or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AP Tournaments is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the platform, tournament formats, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@aptournaments.com.
