2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate tournaments, allocate rooms and slots, verify eligibility and results, prevent fraud or cheating, maintain wallet records, process deposits and withdrawals, resolve disputes, provide support, and meet legal or security obligations.
3. Google sign-in
Google sign-in is used for account authentication. AP Tournaments receives only the account information Google and the user authorize for this purpose. We do not receive or store your Google password.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by authentication, database, hosting, analytics, communication, anti-fraud, and payment service providers only as needed to operate the platform. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the platform.
5. Retention and security
Records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for tournament operations, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit logs, and restricted administrative tools, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support. Some financial, security, or dispute records may need to be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal purposes. You can also revoke Google account access from your Google Account permissions page.
7. Age and policy changes
The platform is intended for users aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
